An annual
registration fee of $20.00 (incl.GST) per student (or
lesser fee as stated on registration for siblings must
be paid prior to the first lesson to cover
administration and mailing costs, copyright & property
fees for music, public liability etc.
** The Tiny Tots
refund of registration within the first 4 weeks is designed
if the child does not
participate and will not dance. A
refund will not be given for simply changing your mind.

Fees should be
placed in an envelope with your name, the date and how
many weeks you are paying clearly marked on the front.
This envelope can be deposited into the fees box
located on the Reception Desk. This avoids disruption
to class and ensures that all fees are received and not
misplaced.

A further 5%
discount is given to all TERM FEES paid the first
week of each Term. This discount excludes Solos,
Duos & Trios.

We try to be
as flexible as we can and allow payments to be tailored
to what suits each individual. Accordingly we accept
payments weekly, fortnightly, monthly or by the term.
The weekly fees must be paid the week of attendance.
No Fees are to be paid in Arrears. Fortnightly or
term fees must be made in advance. If you are away
when your fees are due, the payment must be made the
next week.

If fees fall
into arrears to the point of an account having to be
sent to you, a $10.00
administration fee will be
charged. There will be no exceptions to this.

Fees are
payable whether classes are attended or not. In
the case of long term illness or overseas travel, ½ fees
only may be payable HOWEVER this must be
arranged with Lisa prior to travel.

A receipt will
be issued only on request

All
dishonoured cheques will incur a dishonour fee of
$25.00

I would ask
that you please do not interrupt class with fee
inquiries. Any enquiries relating to accounts or fees
can be made to my mother, Sue, on 9602 6719 after 6pm
weekdays, to myself during the day on 0405 332 422 or

Students with
outstanding amounts that have required an account to be
sent and no arrangements made by either parent in
regards to the arrears may be excluded from classes and
private lessons (if applicable) until their fees have
been brought up to date. No student will be allowed to
participate in the annual concert whilst there are
outstanding fees.

A costume fund
is available for any parent wishing to put money aside
for concert costs. This should be clearly marked on
your fee payments envelope.

If term fees
are paid, it is up to the individual to complete the
Term should they wish to terminate classes. No refund
will be given should a child terminate classes in the
middle of the term unless for specific circumstances
and/or with prior arrangement with myself.

We ask you to
respect the above policy, as this enables us to continue
to provide you and your children with the best possible
